Now we’re taking it one step further: products and packaging that is good for us AND good for the planet. 

Our soaps and lotions are formulated to treat your body like the temple it is—why should our packaging offer anything different? In an effort to help our customers live more environmentally friendly lives, we’ve adapted the DirtyBird Energy packaging. Don’t worry though, you still get all the goodness of DirtyBird Energy, just with a more eco-conscious flair.

The cases for our bar soaps remain as portable as ever, but we’ve made them more robust and reusable. Our customers get the same DirtyBird Energy look and quality, but with more benefits:

• Made in the U.S.
• The cases are injection molded, making the plastic more durable and reusable
• The screw top allows for easy opening, while keeping water and soap inside.
• A stand-off knob limits wet bar soap from drying and sticking to the bottom of the case.
• The inside of the lid is lined in foam to protect the soap, as well as limits noise

Our refills are delivered in 100 percent home compostable paper tubes, ensuring our customers can refill their products in the most eco-friendly way possible.

“Sloths live in the rainforest! Are their homes being destroyed?”

That was our CEO’s daughter’s distressed exclamation one evening over dinner. They were talking about how farming in Brazil was taking over the rainforest and how that was impacting the animals that lived there. She is obsessed with sloths.

But her reaction got us thinking and re-assessing DirtyBird Energy’s impact on the planet. Our palm oil is mainly sourced from Brazil, and we need to ensure our ingredients aren’t causing environmental issues. Finding the right natural ingredients that deliver on our brand’s promise is complicated. But DirtyBird is here to help crush goals—including our own. So, we’re doing the work to find the best ingredients for you, for the planet, and for the sloths.
