We hope that you are completely satisfied with your DIRTYBIRD ENERGY purchase, but if for some reason you are not satisfied and would like to return or exchange any product(s), please refer to the following policy:

Returning products purchased from our online store (DIRTYBIRDENERGY.com)

If for some reason you are not satisfied with anything you purchased from our online store, you may return it to us within thirty (30) days of the receipt date for an exchange or refund. We do not refund shipping charges, and you are responsible for paying the cost of shipping the product(s) back to us (including the cost of insurance, if you choose to insure the package). After thirty (30) days, we will not accept returns or exchanges for any reason other than for manufacturer defect.

Please include a note in your package indicating your original order number, your reason(s) for returning the product(s), and whether you want an exchange or refund. Ship your package to:

Returning products purchased from a retail store or another online store

If for some reason you are not satisfied with anything you purchased from a retail store or another online store, and you would like to return or exchange the product(s), please contact the retailer directly, as we have a lenient return policy with all of our distributors. All products must be returned to the original retailer where they were purchased.
